NWC accepts the minutes of NWC March 3-5, 2000 meeting as presented. Action:
Leslie King to report to the City of Terrace and keep them updated on the
NWC. Action:
Joan Chess to continue working on Issues and Potential Solutions Scoping
Matrix. Members to send comments to
Joan before the next meeting. Action:
All comments from NWC members on the Public Awareness and Support Program
need to be given to Carmen Karnapke by April 12, 2000. Decision:
The Statement on Review Processes was accepted with changes. Decision:
As per the letter from Ralph Roy, Dave White of Fort Fraser will replace
Judy La Roque as Ralph’s alternate for Area ‘D’ Regional District of
Bulkley-Nechako. Decision:
NWC agrees to accept Process for Developing a flow regime Briefing Note -
Recommendation #2 and #3. Recommendation
#1 is already in the strategic plan adopted at March 3-5, 2000 meeting.
Recommendation #4 tabled to a future meeting. Decision:
Add Cheslatta Fan to the list of NWC Issues.
